Rapunzel’s Castle is nestled in the heart of the Maluti Mountains near Clarens. The decor & art was handpicked from all over the world for example, the cornerstone from Windsor Castle, tapestries from Dubai, light fittings from America and tiles from Europe. The garden has thorn trees and path ways, a vegetable garden with Rampion as in the fairytale. (excerpt from their site below)

Linga Lapa Restaurant and Butchery situated in Nottingham Road in the Natal Midlands is highly recommended for its quality steaks, relaxed atmosphere and cozy warm fires. Owner Ian Mackay, has become a good friend and his friendly smile always makes you feel welcome. The atmosphere is warm and homely, the food brilliant, the décor unusual and intriguing and the hospitality of the finest order.
Ian’s wife also expanded her Nguni skin items and this is literally a ‘one-stop shop’.

A few posts back I had some photos of KwaMama Care Centre who look after children in the community during their parents working hours. The people working there are volunteers. They have an international volunteering program in place and Cane Cutters Resort has just offered an amazing deal for the accommodation.
